How do I register so I can login to this site?

To obtain a login to our site, you must sign up for the "My Best Year Ever!" program.

How do I login to the site?

To login, enter your username and password under the "Login/Logout" menu item and then click the green lock image.

How do I logout from the site?

To logout, click the red lock image which can be found under the "Login/Logout" menu item (it replaces the login form once you login).

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link which can be found under the "Login/Logout" menu item and looks like a little key with a question mark.

On the page to which you are taken, enter the e-mail address with which you registered and click the "Submit" button.

On the next screen, you will read that a token has been sent to you at that e-mail address and that you need to cut-and-paste that token into the "Token" field on this page and click on the "Submit" button.

Once you do that,you will be taken to a page asking you to enter a new password 2 times and then click the "Submit" button.

Once you've done that, your password has been reset and you are taken to a login screen to login.

What if I forget my username?

If you forget your username, click the "Forgot your username?" link which can be found under the "Login/Logout" menu item and looks like a little person with a question mark.

On the page to which you are taken, enter the e-mail address with which you registered and click the "Submit" button.

On the next screen, you will read that your username has been sent to you at that e-mail address.

Once you receive the e-mail, use that username to login.

I subscribed to the My Best Year EVER program, but never received any confirmation e-mails.

When you subscribe to the "My Best Year EVER!" program, you should receive four e-mails:

  1. A site registration confirmation e-mail with your username and password (if you were previously a member of this program and were signed into the site when you renewed your membership, you will not receive this e-mail a second time);
  2. A membership confirmation e-mail to welcome you to the program;
  3. An e-mail from Paypal confirming the receipt of your payment for the first month's subscription and;
  4. An e-mail from our newsletter service confirming that you would like to receive the program's e-mails (this is done in accordance with SPAM laws and regulations).
    • Once you click on the link in this e-mail to confirm your subscription, you will receive one more e-mail confirming you confirmation (I know, I know - it's the rules though).

If you do not receive any one of the e-mails listed above, please check your SPAM folders both locally and/or at your ISP.

  • If you find any missing messages in your SPAM folders, you should add our mailing address to you friends/white list: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • If you do not find the missing e-mails in your SPAM folders within 3 hours, please contact us.

If you do not receive any one of the weekly (or more often) e-mails, or those e-mails seem to have stopped, please check your SPAM folders both locally and/or at your ISP.

What if want to cancel my My Best Year Ever program membership?

Follow these directions to cancel your membership to the "My Best Year Ever" program:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com and login
  2. On the "My Account" tab, click on the "Payments Sent" link above the transaction list
  3. Find your most recent payment to "Biggest Possible Future, LLC" and clink on the "Details" link for that payment
  4. In the window that opens, you will see near the top the text, "Subscription Payment Sent" and under that the text, "See related:". Click the link next to the "See related:" (it should start with an "S-")
  5. In the window that opens, scroll to the bottom and click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  6. In the window that opens, click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  7. Within a few minutes of cancelling, you should be able to confirm your cacellation by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of any of our site's pages. On the page that opens, you will notice that your "My Best Year Ever!" subscription listing has moved into the "My Past Subscriptions" section of the page.

I subscribed to the Do It Yourself Life Coach newsletter, but never received any confirmation e-mails / newsletters.

When you subscribe to the Do It Yourself Life Coach newsletter, you should receive two e-mails:

  1. An e-mail from our newsletter service confirming that you would like to receive the newsletter (this is done in accordance with SPAM laws and regulations).
  2. Once you click on the link in the first e-mail to confirm your subscription, you will receive one more e-mail confirming you confirmation (I know, I know - it's the rules though).
